Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed.

Once your package has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, Chaotic Karma Co. is no longer responsible for the package. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received.

If your package is delayed, lost, stolen, or missing after being marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Chaotic Karma Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
